CMS Support Analyst
Are you a natural problem-solver with a knack for technology and a passion for helping others? At Movera, our Case Management System (CMS), Visualfiles (VF), is central to the smooth operation of our teams. As a vital member of our CMS Support Desk, you'll provide crucial front-line support for your colleagues VF needs.
The Role:
From expertly troubleshooting technical issues to navigating intricate legal workflows, you'll play a key role in ensuring everyone has the tools they need to succeed. You'll manage incidents from start to finish, using your skills in communication – whether by phone, screen sharing, or email – to provide effective and timely resolutions.
Collaborating within a supportive team of fellow Support Desk Analysts, you'll have the opportunity to hone your prioritization skills, and escalate incidents to team members or our dedicated VF Development Team.
Beyond day-to-day support, your insightful observations will contribute to our continuous improvement efforts by identifying systematic challenges and highlighting opportunities to enhance our workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deal with calls raised by colleagues in relation to VF workflows, the Digital Journey (utilising our mobile application) and other calls as appropriate
- Prioritise and escalate calls to the relevant teams in the Technology department or the wider business
- Create new users and logins for supporting systems (Land Registry, Lender portals etc.)
- Raise repeat support calls to line manager or Help Desk Manager so that they can be prioritised and resolved permanently
- Work with other team members on support calls to share knowledge
- Document support calls in our knowledge base for future referral
- Assistance with troubleshooting when required
Person Specification:
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Case Management Systems (particularly Visualfiles)
- An aptitude for technology and keen to make improvements to the systems
- Ability to prioritise your own workload, in accordance with SLA’s
- Ability to work independently once trained
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
Desirable skills:
- Understanding of Legal accounts systems (particularly SOS)
- Experience in previous support or development role
- Knowledge of the Conveyancing process
